Butt welding is a very
economical and reliable jointing technique for a wide dimension
range. The fusion areas of the pipes and fittings are heated
to fusion temperature and joined by means of mechanical pressure,
without using additional materials. Polyfab Plastic Industry
LLC specializes in Butt Fusion Fittings of HDPE pipes and fittings
in UAE, Dubai, Qatar, Oman and GCC. We specialized in Butt fusion
joining of plastic pipes and fittings by utilizing a Butt fusion
machine that holds the polyethylene pipe and fittings in a stationary
position.
All BUTTFUSION Fittings are moulded using PE100 suitable for pipelines for distribution of gas, water and other fluids under pressure
The characteristics of fittings are conforming to the standards EN1555, EN12201 and UNI EN ISO15494.
Our Butt fusion fittings are weldable with PE 80 and PE 100 pipes and fittings having melt flow index 0.2 to 1.4gm/10 min.
